Service Description

These classes began as a result of the global pandemic. As everyone adapted to being in their homes for long periods of time, a group of friends met over the airwaves and began to practice. Vinyasa Flow classes are offered via Zoom, giving you the option to practise in the comfort & convenience of your own home. You have the option to join a hybrid class which takes place in the studio or an online class.
