Have you ever wanted to do Ballet or would like to take a class again? Join our Silver Swans classes taken by Karen at The Hummingbird Studio in Caterham. These classes are regulated by The Royal Academy of Dance to increase your flexibility & balance, posture & strength in a class designed for over 55s. Classes are suited to beginners and those with some experience in dance.
