Service Description

A chair based ballet class which is designed for Silver Swans who have limited mobility or chronic health conditions. Ballet technique is specifically adapted for the chair. Exercises help to build your strength, flexibility, posture, co-ordination & balance. Join us for a class which gives you greater confidence and joy in your everyday life. The class is taught by a Silver Swan licensee from The Royal Academy of Dance. Classes are suited to beginners and those with some experience in ballet.
