“As the breath flows, so does life force”


Breath is the bridge between body and mind.  It helps with emotional & physical balance, regulating the nervous system bringing you a sense of centre and calm. In this second workshop in the series 'The Elements of Yoga' we learn the breathing techniques to help with flow, vitality, regulation.
